Josh does a good job capturing the wide-eyed disgust with which a lot of ex-flickr employees walk around thinking about what was, and what could have been. Everyone including yourself is to blame. Don’t just blame the big bosses. This line says it all. “I could write a whole book about the adventures I had at Flickr, but how to do it without being disingenuous while being fair is pretty hard. I haven’t quite figured it out yet.” It’s impossible to write the truth without sounding like a bitter, angry and self-serving asshole. “But it’s the truth!!”, you mumble to yourself.
